I couldn’t walk without pain a month ago

Hi James and Mike,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all of your help in the past month.

I didn’t have quite enough in the tank in the last 6 miles to go sub 3 yesterday and came through in 3 hours 12 but am happy with the time given I couldn’t walk without pain a month ago. I wouldn’t have been able to run yesterday if it wasn’t for your help.

It was good to witness first hand all of the great work that you do.
