At CHHP we believe in utilising the expertise of our team to achieve the best results for each of our clients. Whether your aim is to prepare for surgery, improve strength, recover safely from injury or lose weight, we can design a personal exercise programme for you in a private and welcoming environment. Your programme is not only overseen by our trainers but they will enlist the expertise of our team of physiotherapists, Doctors, nutritionists and rehabilitation specialists to ensure you are treated like an Olympic athlete no matter what level you are at.
Recovering from an injury can make exercising a scary place. With our specialised training, there’s no need to be scared to get back to exercise and sport. Each session is geared towards your rehab of your injury and your performance goal. This is an important part of your plan and is an extension of your therapy sessions to make sure you’re progressing and getting stronger.
You can access the small expert led group sessions for a minimum of 4 weeks or on an annual rolling contract basis.
What does your membership include?
The Physio, Osteo or medical team will send the fitness team your rehab plan with a clearly outlined programme. This programme is updated every 4 weeks or as required by the Physio/Osteo leading your training.
The programme is always available for you in the gym, so if you would prefer to train on your own then you’re more than welcome. (Terms & conditions apply)

You can book into an unlimited number of coach-led sessions every week within a published timetable.
You can also train outside of these sessions within normal opening hours on your own in the studio.
All sessions either coach-led or independent should be booked through our Front of House team.
We will track your body composition to see how your body shape changes with your training, this helps us see how the training is working and is available to all of our members upon request, but not compulsory.
We offer both group exercise and personal training sessions. Group sessions are limited to 4 people at each session so that you can really benefit from personal coaching.
