Sinead McGann


Sinead is a physiotherapist and a UKSCA accredited S&C coach specializing in musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation.

Sinead graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin and subsequently went on to work across multiple clinics in both Ireland and London within highly specialized multi disciplinary teams, as well as working with sports teams; including the Arsenal academy physiotherapy team and across tennis, rugby, football and GAA sports.

Sinead grew up on the tennis courts in Ireland & later trained as a tennis coach prior to becoming a physiotherapist. She was appointed the Director of Tennis at Harvard Tennis academy and studied the biomechanics of tennis with TennisSmith in Tampa, Florida. Coaching tennis inspired Sinead to work with people and help them on their journey to achieve their desired sporting and health goals.

Sinead’s clinical passion lies within Lower limb injuries, specifically hip and knee injuries. However with a strong background in tennis, Sinead also enjoys treating shoulder injuries. Known for her positive and energetic approach to patient care, she combines her experience as a tennis coach with her physiotherapy expertise and S&C knowledge to deliver personalized rehabilitation plans, empowering you get better and stronger.

When she’s not in clinic you’ll find Sinead playing tennis, training for a triathlon or dabbling with her love of music!
