The CHHP Major Challenges Clinic at CHHP, is led by Professor Greg Whyte OBE and Dr. Jack Kreindler, and supported by senior physiologist, Jim Pate and exercise physiologist, Tom Cowan. Greg is an expert in environmental physiology having previously led on preparation of Team GB for 5 Olympic Games. Jack is one of the world leaders in environmental medicine and physiology with a high altitude speciality. Jim Pate spent 3 months at Everest base camp, undertaking and overseeing hundreds of CPEX tests amongst other research.

These include coaching John Bishop to complete his cycle, row, run from Paris to London; and the successful summit of Kilimanjaro by Cheryl Cole, Gary Barlow and Chris Moyles, to name just a few.
