Cycling Performance Clinic

Cycling Performance Clinic

For enthusiasts starting out, right through to professionals at their ‘Performance Plateau’, our programmes aim to radically improve your Sportif, Road Race, Crit’ and TT cycling performance, with our elite physiology, cycling, nutrition and medical team behind you. CHHP,  our ‘Centre for Health & Human Performance’ in Harley Street, includes a Clinical CPEX Testing Lab. This gives us deep insight into your physiology and training needs, far beyond V02 Max and naive training zone estimations.

Bespoke programmes to suit your needs

All of our cycling programmes are bespoke to suit your needs and help you achieve your cycling goals. You can even become a member of the CHHP cycling club and have regular access to events & training.

For a bespoke training plan and/or assessment or to find out more about becoming a member of our cycling clinic please contact us on 0207 637 7677 or email
